I had the pleasure of both buying and selling a home with Michelle. It was a smooth process both ways. Michelle was awesome to work with and was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had. She was very patient with all of my questions and being a first time buyer and seller, I had so many questions! I am very thankful for her knowledge, skill, and patience during the entire process. One of my favorite qualities about Michelle is that no matter what issue came up during the transaction she had an actionable solution to solve the problem. “This real estate broker is mediocre at best.”

Since March 22, 2025, this firm consistently overpriced probate estate property, which I am associated, and followed the market downward (3 price reductions in nine months ....one drop of a whopping $26k) Eventually, the property sold on April 15,2026, at a price which should have been established in March 2025. (Due to this inadequate guidance, the probate estate bore unnecessary costs/expenditures for over a year of taxes, utilities, and insurance). As demonstrated in this review, Maloney Real Estate, does not have a grasp of the Vermillion housing market/property values and in particularly does not understand the requirement for the “expeditious ” sale of probate estate properties. Note: It appears Ms. Reed’s google review (below) is a review of the same property as of mine. In Ms. Reed’s review, she discusses the sale of her “parents property”,however, she is not the daughter of the estate probate property’s owner, nor is she a beneficiary (or has standing) of this estate probate sale. In others words, she has nothing to do with the listing or sale of this property. Michelle needs to be more vigilant on who she endorses who is not a party in the said property.
