More homes are hitting the market in Vermillion
The biggest shift in Vermillion right now is inventory. The Real Estate Data Aggregator counted 64 homes for sale in ZIP 57069 in the three months ending August 31, 2026. That is up 120.7% from the same months in 2025. Buyers have more to look at. Sellers have more competition.
This is not just a Vermillion thing. Realtor.com reported that active listings grew to 1.16 million homes for sale nationally, year over year. More supply is showing up everywhere. Vermillion just felt it more than most.
